On agreeing a booking, we will ask you to complete a booking form and send payment for a 35% deposit in order to secure the booking. This is non-refundable and you may want to take out cancellation insurance to cover this. The balance is payable not later than 60 days before your arrival date. We reserve the right to re-let the house if the balance is not paid by this date. A deposit of Euro 500 against damage and leaving the villa in an unacceptable state is payable with the final balance. This will be returned within two weeks of your departure less any deductions due. Prices are inclusive of normal usage of electricity and water. Double and single duvets and pillows are provided as well as bed linen and towels. End of stay property cleaning is not included and guests will be expected to return a clean villa on departure. Arrival time is 4pm on the Sunday afternoon, departure time is 10am the following Sunday. July & August bookings - PLEASE BOOK WELL IN ADVANCE FOR 15TH JULY TO 15TH AUGUST Weekend?
